In 2019, our company took part in the Agriculture and Rural Development Project (ARDP) and received a long-term loan from ADB.
The loan helped us double our production capacity and modernize our equipment. We started with just over 50 staff, but today around 100 young specialists work in our factory and produce 400–500 pairs of shoes daily.

Agriculture sector could reduce poverty, diversify the economy, create jobs, and also create economic activities outside of the city.
We previously relied on imported leather, but the project enabled us to use local materials. Now, we produce shoes for labour, safety, police, military, and the mining and energy sectors.

We acquired a freezer that can store 25,000 ice creams per day and a packaging machine. We also purchased a delivery vehicle and over 80 freezers, which we placed in our retail outlets. The project helped us scale up and increase sales.
